HPM: Torchic Festival

Kek ... I really like this for some reason. I was going to shade and add a proper background, but I liked it too much like this. TTwTT

For the Torchic Festival, Kira borrowed a Yellow boa from Spender ( KayVeeDee's character) and painted her leaves to look like a Torchic's feathers (an taped an extra, cardboard one on top). She dug up a hideous old, orange tee that she absolutely hates wearing from the back of her unpacked boxes (and the matching hat) and used some white shorts she just hasn't worn yet. :3

Also, this Torchic behind her has the same color eyes. That's why Kira's not running away (because she's still not sure about fire birbs)
